Please review all of our house rules before you book. Guests who violate house rules, hold parties, invite additional unapproved guests, bring in pets (Unless otherwise arranged), or are disrespectful to the property and other guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and will be assessed additional fees, at a minimum of $100. We reserve the right to revoke your invitation to our home at any time.
Check outs after 11AM will be assessed a full night’s fee plus taxes, beginning at 11:01 AM. Check in and check out are self service, door codes will be provided via email on day of arrival, prior to check in.
Please remember that this is not a motel, bed & breakfast, or inn. You are renting a private space that is not serviced 24/7. We do try our best to make your stay comfortable and do care about your happiness while you stay with us.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 9AM. Usage of common areas and front porch/back yard are limited to these hours out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
No parking on the grass or in the yard.
Additional fees will apply if you break, damage, or steal items in the suites, including but not limited to; artwork, cooking equipment, plates, cups, bedding, towels, flooring, furniture, and etc. You will be charged the cost to replace the item, new, as well as $100 administrative fee.
Do not put anything except for toilet paper in toilets. This is a historic home and you will be assessed plumbing and repair fees if there is a plumbing issue as a result of your stay.
No underage drinking, no vaping or smoking anywhere on premises (We are a smoke free property), no drugs of any kind, no soliciting, no subleasing.
To the extend allowable by law, guests who book reservations forego their right to claims against hosts, owners of the property, and any affiliated entities and staff members. By booking, guests waive their right to court claims, court trials, and any other lawsuits or claims against hosts, owners of the property, and any affiliated entities and staff members. Guests understand this is a private space and can be asked to leave any time without refund if complaints are received from other guests, neighbors, government staff, or members of the public who have witnessed the issue. Additionally, any fees incurred for removal of guest will be the responsibility of the guest in addition to any booking costs, fees and taxes owned by guest.
No candle, incense, essential oils. These items and activities will be treated as smoking and a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.
We will make every effort to honor special requests such as preparing convertible sofas for sleeping or providing extra blankets and pillows. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Your comfort is very important to us. Our rooms are private suites and therefore, we do not have daily cleaning service. If you require a cleaning, it can be requested in advance for $85 per clean. This will include laundering of sheets and towels, as well as cleaning of the entire room. Please remove personal belongings from areas you’d like cleaned in your room.
The Judge’s Mansion assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you found that something has been left behind, please reach out and we will try to assist in locating your lost item.
The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. Our firearms and weapon policy is designed for the protection of our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, and pertains to the presence of firearms and weapons on premises. Judge’s Mansion does not allow any firearms, fireworks, or weapons on the property or surrounding premises at all times.
All vehicles must be registered with the Mansion. Free street and off-street parking is available in front of the mansion and in the parking lot to the rear. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Judge’s Mansion shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on or off the Mansion Property. If a vehicle is left on premises after the guest has departed without written consent of the Mansion staff, Judges Mansion reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs are allowed on premises.
Damage to rooms, art work, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc will be charged 130% of full and new replacement value plus and shipping and handling charges, and will incur a $100 admin fee per item. Any damage to the mansion property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with the repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In certain cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
