Cancellation/ Refund Policy

The Judge’s Mansion Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Because plans change –  but historic mansions don’t)

1.  Whole-House Bookings

When you reserve all eight suites, you’re locking down the entire mansion—every plush pillow, every claw-foot tub, every bedtime story. For that reason:

• All payments are final.
  • No refunds, credits, or date swaps.
  • We turn away other groups the moment your booking is confirmed, so please be 110 % sure before you click “Book.”

2.  Individual Suite Reservations

We know life sometimes throws curveballs, so we keep this part simple:

• Any remaining nights beyond that initial 30-night window will be refunded in full.
• “No-shows” (guests who never arrive) are treated as same-day cancellations—no refund.

3.  Date Changes & Partial Cancellations

• Moving dates inside the 30-day window, we would accommodate as space permits.  We certainly want to help your travel adjustments!
• Shortening your stay inside the 30-day window? Unused nights within that 30-night block remain non-refundable.

4.  How to Cancel

Shoot us an email at stay@judgesmansion.com with your booking number, guest name, and the words “Cancellation Request” in the subject. We’ll stamp the request with the date/time we receive it and process any eligible refund within 7–10 business days.

5.  Travel Insurance

Life happens: flights cancel, weather misbehaves, and sometimes the dog actually does eat your passport. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected hiccups.
